We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days. We aim to respond substantively within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing within the initial 45-day period with the reason for the extension.
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Verification typically involves confirming the email address or phone number you previously provided to us. We will not require you to create an account to make a request.
We do not charge a fee for a request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
